Ingredients:
Frozen chicken breasts
a bottle of salsa
1 cup water
Directions:
Put frozen chicken breasts in a crock pot, add salsa and water. Turn on low and let cook all day. Shred chicken and use for tacos, enchiladas, or anything else.

I love this recipe! I usually add a can of black beans and omit the cup of water. I serve it with tortillas, sour cream and sliced lime! Yum!
